We are looking for remote Independent Senior Sales Representatives in ONTARIO and QUEBEC.

MyThinPC is in its 4th year of successfully servicing businesses with simplified thin computing solutions to various industries such as Financial Services, Insurance, Service Industries, Wholesale and Retail. The current customer base has mainly been sourced through pre-existing business relations with the shareholder of Xanleader Technologies and founder of MyThinPC services, as well as through a part-time reseller channel. With the right technologies, equipment and structure in place, Xanleader Technologies Inc. is now ready to enter its expansion phase. We believe that profitable growth and sustainability can only be achieved through a mutually beneficial relationship between the customer, the sales associate and the supplier.
THE CANDIDATE:
The Independent Senior Sales Representative will be in charge of developing a new customer base from the ground up. The individual will fulfill all responsibilities of the sales cycle, from identifying and contacting potential new users, to promoting and demonstrating our services and managing the sale to completion. This can be carried out via teleconference, webinar or face to face customer calls. The individual will help facilitate the transition of new customers to their new IT platforms in the following manners: liaise with the customer and MyThinPC technical support center to ensure that all required information to set up the user accounts is being collected and passed on in a timely manner; ensure that the new account is familiar with their simple yet new process to login to their secure virtual network and with the use of the MyThinPC ticket support center at their disposal. While daily phone calls might be necessary to ensure the account experiences a smooth transition, the Sales Representative will maintain much less frequent yet regular contacts thereafter to keep abreast of developing or changing needs (e.g. opening up a new branch). The individual will ensure that the customer accounts under their responsibilities are aware of and leverage the many benefits from their MyThinPC platform in order to build and maintain MyThinPC customer loyalty. This position has the opportunity to work with and build reseller channels.
The individual will be responsible for building a sales pipeline and will be managing his/her accounts by telephone, email and/or face to face customer calls using our CRM tool through MyThinPC portal. The Sales Representative will maintain a prospect list consisting of potential users of our service, and will continuously review and update this target list in order to grow MyThinPC user base.
As an Independent Sales Representative, the individual will be responsible for all-related expenses, whether they be for their home office supplies and equipment, telecommunication usage, utilities or travelling expenses. Expenses will not be paid by the employer and will be the sole responsibility of the Independent Sales Representative. The 100% commission-based remuneration is competitive and the individual has the ability to develop a solid and sizeable annual revenue over the medium term, as well as an enviable work-life balance.
The candidate must be self-driven and an excellent closer, using a need-base / fact-base sales approach. The ideal candidate will have proven sales experience and positive records, has a presentable, tactful and pleasant customer approach, and will have demonstrated his/her ability to build long-term and mutually beneficial relationships with all parties involved.
Preference will be given to candidates with extensive sales experience, who have the drive, passion and perseverance to build a large base of satisfied customers, from small and medium size businesses across various industries.
